This was a bottling that was done as soon as we won Whisky Bar of the Year 2023 in September last year. After going through a bunch of samples, we decided on this cask of Caol Ila as it was simply tasty.

Nose: sea breeze, sherry spices, nuts, tobacco leaves
Palate: dark chocolate tim tam, pu er tea leaves, sea salt, dried fruits
Finish: great balance with a drying finish, dangerously drinkable!
