Our very first whisky tasting of the year - and we are so honoured to have Phil Thompson join us in-person for this!
Brothers, Phil & Simon started their journey at the Dornoch Castle Whisky Bar, up in Sutherland. They expanded the range of whiskies at Dornoch Castle, started to collect and open many old, rare and enviable bottles, and turned it into a destination venue for whisky-lovers from across the globe. Not content with just running a world class whisky bar, they set out to make their own whiskies by crowd-funding their own distillery in 2016. As their whiskies rest and mature, the brothers have been producing some amazing gins and have been bottling some brilliant casks of whiskies, brandies and rums - under their Thompson Bros brand.
