On the nose, peaches and cream, apricot, vanilla, confectionery. What a stunning nose. Palate is an explosion of flavours! Juicy stonefruits, apricot jam, honey on toast, a touch of mustiness, chewy, syrupy and long finish. Yet another stunning selection by Shinanoya!
