Herbal, whisky rancio, waxy, minerals, honey, grassy, bright with some fresh cucumbers. Palate is sweet and waxy, chewy, savoury, glace cherries. Very complex, lots going on, bit minty, with peaches, stonefruits, juicy and extremely enjoyable.
