We are very excited to present this bottle to you. Bottled in celebration of the bar's 8th birthday in December last year. It's not often you come across a cask this good these days, and especially not one with this age statement or price point.
Nose:
Sweet barley sugars, golden syrup, fruit in a tin, yellow nectarines, cantaloupe, runny honey, hints of grassiness, rancio
Palate:
Sweet and juicy, honey, yellow fruits, herbal, nutty, rancio. Vibrant and elegant, complex. Long sweet finish. Old and distinguished.
