This is from a small but old Speyside distillery called Strathisla. In 2016, the distillery turned 230 years old. This single malt is the heart of all Chivas blends.
Matured in 3 bourbon hogsheads for 18 years before being bottled at cask strength of 56.9%. Outturn was 774 bottles.

Nose: Bright citrus, barley sugar, green apples, minty
Palate: Runny honey, chewy, elegant, sweet and fruity, apples, barley sugar, great balance
