This is a special bottling done exclusively for The Whisky Club Australia. The whisky was distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2020, and was fully matured in Oloroso Sherry casks.
Tasting notes:
Fresh and grassy on the nose. Not too heavy on the sherry influence. Zesty orange peels and spices. Palate is zesty too. Then comes the sweeter malts. It is gentle with sweet honey, light stewed fruits, and spices.
