This is an independent bottling done by Peter Golotta in South Australia. A construction project manager by trade, he is also a novice photographer and a volunteer guide at his local zoological park in his spare time. Peter is passionate about animal conservation and also whisky, which is what led him to start this bottling project. Parts of the profit from the bottle sales goes to animal conservation.
The whisky is from the Iniquity Distillery in South Australia. It was from two small casks 015 + 016, yielding only 38 bottles, and bottled at the preferred strength of 47.2%.
Lots of raisins and brown sugar on the nose. Palate is chewy and spicy. Raisins and golden syrup. Soft and balanced.
