This was a bottling of Lark that was done for The Whisky Club, Australia. The whisky was finished in Tasmanian sparkling wine casks and bottled at 48%.
Tasting note:
On the nose you get muscat, exotic spices, raisins, fruity. Palate is sweet, like a Sauternes wine, medium rich, yellow fruits, raisins. Very dessert-y.
