A bottling by The Drunken Master for The Elysian Whisky Bar & friends of a single cask of Benrinnes. This Benrinnes was matured in a single bourbon hogshead #9080 for 23 years before being bottled at natural cask strength of 48.5%.
Tasting notes:
Bright and fruity nose. Runny honey and a bit waxy, stewed fruits. Palate is sweet. Good balance of flavours, barley sugar, citrus, and minerality. Savoury finish.
