Tasting note:
Sweet nose, bubblegum, wood varnish, bright and zesty. Palate is sweet and gentle with some nice spices. Very balanced. The high corn and barley percentage definitely brings out more sweetness in this whiskey. Coats the palate, chewy with a long dry finish. Amazing whiskey from a new distillery that started only in 2013!
